The Disney Channel announced today that they have ordered more episodes for season 3 of Hannah Montana and season 2 of “The Suite Life on Deck”. Hannah Montana has remained at the number 1 spot for 4 quarters in a row among kids and tweens, while The Suite Life on Deck has grabbed the number 2 spot among kids 6 to 11 and #3 among tweens.

Gary Marsh, President, Entertainment, Disney Channels Worldwide has this to say while making the announcement today, “The talent behind Hannah Montana has made it a true global sensation and cultural icon not just on television, where it topped the ratings on Disney Channels around the globe, but as a chart-topping music act and beyond. The Kings of Appletown, a feature film scheduled for release this summer, will premiere at 7 p.m. Monday at Muvico Parisian at CityPlace in West Palm Beach to benefit the G-Star Educational Foundation of West Palm Beach.

Tickets for the screening are $100, and include an after-party at The Colony pavilion, 155 Hammon Ave., at 9 p.m. Dress to the after-party is “Southampton lawn attire.”

The movie, which stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse, Victoria Justice and Eileen Brennan, is directed by Bobby Moresco and produced by Joe Reilly and Tom Kelly.
